SUBSCRIPTION

• You can select a product and pay a fixed amount on due date of every month (minimum value – INR 1000).
• Every Month one new Name is Drawn Through our Custom Software.
• Thus, each month, Dream Ticket would have collective subscription. The subscriber who name is pulled out can selects the jewelry s/he wishes to buy.
• Subscriber also has option to buy jewelry of higher value by paying additional amt.
• You are required to make payment for the subscription to the Dream Ticket through any mode of payment available on the website.
• Any person subscribing should be 18 years or above and should be a resident Indian.
• The registration under the Plan or the subscription number allotted to you is not transferable. However, in the event of the death, the nominee specified in the Subscription Form will have the right to pay the balance installment amount (if any) and buy the Products using the subscription number of the demised User.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel and refund the money towards your subscription installment if there is any discrepancy in the details submitted by you or you do not submit valid ID proof within 30 days of enrollment. In such cases, the amount paid by you towards subscription will be refunded. The refund need not be in the same payment mode used by the subscriber at the time of making the payment. It will be as per company policy.

 

SUBSCRIBER’S OBLIGATIONS

1. a) Subscribers must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about them with Dream Ticket
2. b) Subscribers should maintain and promptly update their data to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. Dream ticket reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by you at any point in time. Further, Dream Ticket also reserves the right to ask for additional information for accepting orders or before making delivery in certain cases. If upon

   confirmation, your details are found to be false (partially or completely) or if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, incomplete or not current or if Dream Ticket has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is false, inaccurate, incomplete, not current or not in accordance with these T&C, we have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate your subscription and refuse to provide you with access to our Website and other affiliated websites without any prior intimation whatsoever.

   1. c) Subscribers must confirm that the address at which delivery of the product(s) ordered by them is to be made is correct and proper in all aspects. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by them (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Dream Ticket for re-delivery shall be claimed from them and they shall bear such expenses.
   2. d) Before placing an order subscriber shall check the product description carefully. By placing an order for a product, you agree to be bound by the conditions of sale and invitation to offer included in the item’s description.

 

CONTESTS

• The winners of contests and giveaways will be selected at the company’s discretion.
• The prizes/ gifts/ giveaways are non-returnable/ exchangeable.
• Any additional facilities provided by the company to winners and selectees of any contest is at the company’s discretion
• Dream Ticket reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of contests/ giveaways without prior intimation.
