This Business Policy specifically outlines guidelines and procedures related to the Twenty (20) Months Instalment(s) Framework for Jewellery Products offered by our Company. These Frameworks are designed to provide customers with flexible and affordable options for purchasing jewellery. All employees, stakeholders, and partners involved in the implementation and communication of these Frameworks are expected to adhere to the policies outlined below.
Framework Structure And Terms:
Eligibility Criteria: Customers eligible for the Twenty (20)-Month(s) Frameworks must meet predefined criteria, including creditworthiness and compliance with the company’s policies.
Framework Duration: The Framework operates over a Twenty (20) Month(s) period, with equal monthly instalment payments of INR 2000/month……………
Interest and Fees: Clear communication of any interest rates or fees associated with the Framework, ensuring transparency and compliance with applicable financial regulations.
Number of Customers in Group: A Group of up to 200 persons will be created each month in this Framework.
Delivery of Jewellery Product: In Initial 11 Months:
For the first Eleven (11) months, you are required to make equal instalment payments, contributing towards your membership in this exclusive Framework.
At the end of these Eleven (11) months, our company will deliver a Gold Coin ( Rs 18000 or instalment of first nine month) of specified value to your doorstep.
A corresponding bill for the Gold Coin will be issued to you for your records.
Next 9 Months:
Following the delivery of the Gold Coin, the remaining 9 months will continue with equal instalment payments.
20th Instalment Milestone:
Upon successful payment of the Twenth (20th) instalment(s), you will be presented with an exciting option:
You can choose to return the Gold Coin received at the 11th instalment and, in return, receive a stunning jewellery article of specified total value.
Alternatively, if you decide to keep the Gold Coin, you will be eligible for jewellery articles equivalent to the value of the remaining eleven (11) equal instalments.
